Development
When we begin a new project we have three primary goals during the design phase:
1. To produce interesting and unique designs that fit with the character and amenities of the area.
2. A focus on functional open plan living.
3. The use of high quality materials and finishes that will stand the test of time.
As the developer and builder we have the skills and expertise across all stages of a project to ensure that our vision is carried through from concept to completion
Construction
With over 27 years in business we have extensive experience that comes from having completed over 1600 dwellings. Our management team has delivered hundreds of projects of varying size and scope throughout Victoria
We employ a large pool of skilled tradespeople familiar with all aspects of construction. The combination of our experience and expertise and that of our tradespeople enables us to produce superior quality projects that are finished to a high level of detail and durability
